New jobs coming to city of Boaz | Business

Forty news jobs are coming to the city of Boaz.

Pinnacle Manufacturing is now constructing a 23,000 square foot facility behind their current facility off West Henderson Road. The company manufactures specialized waste equipment and tanks.

Company officials said they're working hard to meet a growing demand for their product.

“The energy side of the economy has been really good about a year and a half, two years now.  We've been busy.  We struggled through 08 and 09 like everybody else did.  Luckily, we've been in an industry that's picked up,” said owner, Jason Satterfield.

Mayor Tim Walker said it's good news for Boaz as 25 people will be hired once the plant is complete.

That's expected in mid-April.
