Man accused in restaurant assault | Crime
Albertville, AL (WAFF) - A Marshall County man is being held on $50,000 bond after an attack at a Mexican restaurant earlier this year.
19 year old Paul Mitchell Anderson Jr. is facing assault charges. Albertville Police tell us that the incident happened on January 18th at the El King Pollo Restaurant.
He was taken into custody earlier this week after a brief foot chase. He's being held in the Albertville City Jail, awaiting transfer to the Marshall County Jail.
