Albertville woman charged with setting house on fire while child was inside | Crime

An Albertville woman is in custody on arson charges.

Kimberly Ann Rhodes, 49, is charged with setting her house on fire while her young daughter was inside.

Fire investigators say Rhodes set fire to three different locations at her home on Second Street on March 21. Her 14-year-old daughter was inside at the time.

Fire officials put out the fire, and no one was hurt.

Rhodes is charged with first degree arson.

Her bond is set at $60,000
