Albertville man arrested after allegedly tattooing juveniles | Crime
An Albertville man was arrested after parents said their underage daughter came home with a tattoo.
Investigators said a juvenile female returned home Saturday after she had been away with friends for four days. The parents said that she had a tattoo when she came home.
Investigators discovered that the girl and a friend had stayed overnight with 27-year-old James Woods. While the girls stayed with them, he allegedly tattooed them both without consent.
Woods was arrested and charged with interference with custody and tattoo without parent consent. His bond was set at $16,000.
