Sex offender accused of registration violation | Crime

 

Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man for failing to notify law enforcement of his new address. Raul Delgado, 29, was supposed to be living at a home on Bethsaida Road in Boaz. Investigators say he was living at a home on Alabama 205 in Albertville. Delgado was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault in 2002. His victim was a 13-year-old girl. Delgado is charged with failure to register and probation violation. He’s being held in the Marshall County Jail without bond.
