Convicted rapist charged with registration violation | Crime

A convicted sex offender was arrested Wednesday for failing to register.

Police said 33-year-old Robin Lankford failed to transfer or terminate his address.

He was convicted of rape in 2005. His victim was a 24-year-old female.

Lankford was arrested and transferred to the Marshall County Jail.
