Benefit concert held for injured Boaz soldier
BOAZ, AL (WAFF)- A benefit concert will be held for injured soldier Private First Class Corey Garmon.
Garmon had to have a leg amputated after he was injured by an IED explosion in Afghanistan.
The benefit concert will be August 25 at the Bevill Center on Snead State's campus in Boaz. Tickets will be $10 and will be on sale at Crystal Corner and Lowery Manufacturing in Boaz. Limited seating will be on sale at the door.
Country Case, Morgan Taylor, Southern By Grace and Chasing Chad are expected to perform.
