Albertville woman walks in on burglar | News
ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF)- An Albertville woman walked in on a burglar Monday morning around 7:15 on Rose Road.
Police said the woman returned from taking her children to school and found a man in the home.
She was on the phone with her husband, who heard the commotion and called police.
The woman has minor injuries, but is expected to be okay.
Officers arrested Juan Pedro Francisco as he tried to run from the home.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and charged with burglary.
