Trial date set for man accused of killing girlfriend
ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A Marshall County man accused of killing an Albertville woman will go to trial December 18.
Ray Shockley is charged with the murder of 36-year-old Tonya Turnmire.
Turnmire disappeared in 2010 after leaving her job in Boaz. Investigators found her body weeks later in Etowah County.
Investigators believe Shockley killed Turnmire in their home on East McKinney Avenue.
