Albertville man accused of raping teen | News
ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF)- An Albertville man is behind bars on rape charges.
Etowah County deputies arrested Jonathan Ortiz Thursday.
Officials said Ortiz allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in August of 2012. The victim was an acquaintance of Ortiz.
He is being held in the Etowah County Jail on $25,000 bond.
