Marshall County deputies have charged a 34 year old man with burglary, theft and probation violations. Investigators tell us that Randy Lee Edwards was picked up last week at a home in the Langston community.

Albertville investigators found a stolen truck, loaded with stolen goods and other property at Edwards' home. Edwards was picked up that day, but only charged this week. He's being held without bond due to the probation violations.

Investigators say that the rightful owner of the property identified the stolen items, and allowed them to press charges this week.
